Telegra systems are deployed on 2 big St. Petersburg projects – Western High Speed Diameter and Ring Road. Systems are installed and commissioned during 2010 and 2011 with new sections constantly being added. They consist of variable message signs and displays, roadside controllers, traffic analyzers, weather stations, communication network and video subsystems, all operated from control centre running Telegra’s complete ITS software platform topXview™. The system is customized for Russian environment in terms of physical execution, power supply options and TLS communication protocol, to fulfill requirements of Russian national standards.
